1. Who We Are

Katch is a missed-call recovery service for plumbing businesses, operated by Supreme Servicing LLC through wekatch.com. When we say "Katch," "we," "our," or "us," we mean Supreme Servicing LLC and its Katch service. When we say "you," we mean plumbing business owners who use our service. When we say "callers" or "customers," we mean the people who call your business.

2. What Information We Collect

From you (the plumber): Business name, owner name, email address, phone number, business hours, and payment information (processed securely through Stripe — we never see or store your full card number).

From your callers: Phone number (captured automatically when they call your Katch number), name, plumbing issue description, address, urgency level, and photos (if they upload any through the intake form). This information is submitted voluntarily by the caller through our intake form.

Automatically: SMS delivery status, call timestamps, form submission timestamps, and basic analytics (page views, device type). We do not use tracking cookies for advertising.

3. How We Use This Information

We use the information we collect to operate the Katch service — specifically to detect missed calls and send automated SMS messages to your callers, to collect plumbing issue details through our intake form, to deliver structured lead notifications to you, to send automated follow-ups and reminders, to process your subscription payments, and to communicate with you about your account. We do not use caller information for marketing. We do not sell data to third parties. We do not build advertising profiles.

3a. Use of Artificial Intelligence

Katch uses artificial intelligence (AI) to process and classify inbound SMS messages from your callers. When a caller responds to a Katch message, our AI system reads their reply to determine the type of plumbing issue, the level of urgency, and other relevant details. This information is organized into a structured lead and delivered to you. The AI does not make decisions on your behalf, does not schedule or confirm appointments without your involvement, and does not impersonate a human. AI processing is performed using third-party AI services. Caller messages processed by the AI are not used to train AI models and are not shared with third parties beyond what is necessary to operate the service.

4. How We Store and Protect Data

All data is stored on Supabase (our database provider) with encryption at rest and in transit. Photos uploaded by callers are stored in secure cloud storage. Access to your data is restricted to you (through your authenticated account) and our team for support purposes only. We use HTTPS encryption on all connections. Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe, which is PCI-DSS Level 1 certified.

5. SMS and Phone Data

Katch uses Twilio to send and receive SMS messages. When a caller texts your Katch number, their phone number and message content are processed by Twilio and stored in our database. Callers can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. Once opted out, we will never send another message to that number. We comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and all applicable SMS regulations.

6. Who Has Access to Data

You: You can see all leads, caller information, and intake form submissions for your business through your Katch dashboard. You cannot see data from other businesses.

Our team: We may access your account data for customer support, debugging, or service improvement. We will never access your data for personal use or share it externally.

Service providers: We use Twilio (SMS and phone), Supabase (database), Vercel (hosting), Stripe (payments), and Anthropic (AI message classification). These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy policies and security standards.

We do not sell, rent, or share your data or your callers' data with advertisers, data brokers, or any other third parties.

7. Data Retention

We retain your account data and lead history for as long as your subscription is active. If you cancel your account, we will delete your data within 90 days of cancellation, unless you request earlier deletion. Caller opt-out records (STOP requests) are retained indefinitely to ensure we never message opted-out numbers again.

8. Your Rights

You can access all your data through your Katch dashboard at any time. You can request a complete export of your data by emailing us. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data. You can update your business information through the settings page. If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the CCPA, including the right to know what data we collect and the right to request deletion.

9. Caller Rights

Callers who interact with the Katch system can opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP. Callers can request deletion of their information by contacting the plumbing business directly or by emailing us at support@wekatch.com. We do not contact callers for any purpose other than the missed-call recovery sequence initiated by your business.

10. Children

Katch is a business service for plumbing companies. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have collected data from a minor, we will delete it immediately.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you by email. The "Last updated" date at the top will always reflect the most recent version.
