1. Service Description

Katch ("we," "our," "us") is a service of Supreme Servicing LLC. Katch provides a missed-call recovery system for plumbing businesses. Our service detects missed calls to your business phone number, sends automated SMS messages to your callers, captures their plumbing issue details through a digital intake form, and delivers structured lead notifications to you. The service is operated through wekatch.com.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and operate a legitimate plumbing business in the United States to use Katch. By signing up, you confirm that you have the authority to bind your business to these terms.

3. Free Trial, Account, and Billing

Katch offers a 30-day free trial with no credit card required. During the trial, you have full access to the service at no cost. After the trial period ends, you may choose a paid plan to continue using the service. Paid plans start at $297 per month and are billed monthly through Stripe. Current pricing and plan details are available at wekatch.com. You may cancel at any time — there are no long-term contracts. If you cancel, your service remains active until the end of your current billing period. If you do not select a paid plan after your free trial, your account will be deactivated and no charges will be made.

4. How the Service Works

When you sign up, we provision a phone number through our telephony provider (Twilio). You forward missed calls from your business line to this number using standard call forwarding. Missed calls trigger an automated SMS conversation with the caller. Our system uses artificial intelligence to classify the nature of the plumbing issue, determine urgency, and organize the information into a structured lead for you. The AI does not impersonate a human — it communicates on behalf of your business as an automated assistant. Lead details are delivered to you via SMS notification and are available on your online dashboard. Depending on your plan, the service may cover one or multiple phone lines and may include additional features such as calendar integration, automated review requests, and follow-up reminders.

5. SMS Messaging Consent

By using Katch, you authorize us to send SMS messages to individuals who call your business phone number and do not receive an answer. These messages are sent from your provisioned Katch number. Recipients may opt out at any time by replying STOP. You agree not to use Katch to send unsolicited marketing messages or spam.

6. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate, responding to leads in a timely and professional manner, complying with all local, state, and federal laws regarding your plumbing business and communications, and not misusing the service for any unlawful purpose.

7. Data and Privacy

We collect and store caller phone numbers, intake form submissions (including plumbing issue descriptions, addresses, and photos), and your business information. We do not sell your data or your customers' data to third parties. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

8. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. SMS delivery depends on third-party carriers and network conditions. We are not liable for missed messages due to carrier issues, phone number porting delays, or force majeure events.

9. Limitation of Liability

Katch is a lead capture tool. We do not guarantee any specific number of leads, revenue recovery, or business outcomes. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 3 months preceding any claim. We are not responsible for lost revenue, missed jobs, or any indirect or consequential damages.

10. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support@wekatch.com. If you are on a free trial, you may simply stop using the service — no cancellation is required and no charges will be made. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, use the service for spam or unlawful purposes, or fail to pay your subscription fee after the trial period.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you by email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
