If you call a plumbing business that uses WeKatch and they do not answer the phone, WeKatch may send you a single automated SMS reply on that plumber's behalf within 60 seconds, asking what you need help with. This is a customer-care service designed so the plumber can respond to your request when they are off the current job.

By calling a plumbing business that uses WeKatch, you agree to receive this automated SMS reply.

• Who the message is from: WeKatch, on behalf of the plumbing business you called.
• What the message contains: An acknowledgement of your missed call and a question about the plumbing issue you need help with.
• Message frequency: A maximum of 1 message per missed call, and no more than 3 messages per conversation thread.
• Cost: Message and data rates may apply.
• How to stop: Reply STOP at any time to any message from WeKatch to opt out of further messages.
• How to get help: Reply HELP to any message for help, or contact support@wekatch.com.
